Personal Training
For clients who need more coaching, support, accountability, or detailed instruction — the fastest way from where you are to training with confidence.

Coaching built around teaching.
Personal Training at The Lifters Guild is for people who want to learn how to train properly — not just be put through a workout. Every session has a plan, every exercise has a reason, and every rep is coached. You leave knowing more than you came in with.
Personal Training is the right starting point if you want a clear path forward.
- You're new to the gym or restarting after time away
- You want to lose weight while protecting muscle (including GLP medication clients)
- You're returning from injury, rehab, or chiropractic care
- You're a senior or busy professional staying strong and mobile
- You already lift and want a coach to clean up technique
Every Personal Training package includes:
- Movement and goal assessment up front
- Custom session plans tied to your goal
- Hands-on technique coaching, every rep
- Progress tracked session to session
- A clear path from coached sessions toward independent training
A specific kind of personal training session.
A programming walkthrough is a personal training session used to teach a client how to execute their FLEX App program on their own. If a program has four unique workouts, the client may complete four walkthrough sessions — one for each — learning setup, technique, flow, and intent so they can train independently with confidence.
Learn. Practice. Perfect.
Start with coaching, move into structured programming, and eventually train confidently on your own — in our Open Gym or anywhere else. The Lifters Guild is built around development, not random access.
Common questions
What if I've never lifted a weight in my life?
That's exactly who Personal Training is built for. We don't expect you to know anything coming in. Our job is to teach you, step by step.
How often should I train with a coach?
Most clients start with 1–3 sessions per week. After the assessment we'll recommend a cadence based on your goals, schedule, and starting point.
Can I do Personal Training and use Open Gym?
Yes — many members do. Personal Training teaches the lifts; Open Gym is where you practice what you've learned between sessions.
What does it cost?
Personal Training is $80 per session. Packages may be available; ask your coach during your consultation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-ins. We earn your continued training every session.
