Learn the program before you run it on your own.
A programming walkthrough is a personal training session used to teach you how to execute your program independently. If your program has four unique workouts, you can complete four walkthroughs — one for each — so you understand setup, technique, flow, and intent before training solo.

Common questions
Do I need to be a gym member to use Programming?
No — Programming is offered as its own service. Many clients run their FLEX App program at a gym near them. Open Gym members can add Programming for $20/month ($80 total).
What is the FLEX App?
FLEX is the app we use to deliver your training plan, exercise demos, and program structure. You see today's session and log your work as you go.
Can I switch tracks?
Yes. Goals change. Let us know and we'll adjust your plan to match.
How is this different from a free app or YouTube program?
Generic programs don't know your starting point, your goal, or your equipment. Programming at The Lifters Guild is built around you and reinforced by walkthrough sessions so you actually know how to run it.
